Dr. Lagena Smith-Robinson is the visionary leader behind INSPIRING G-STYLE, INC., driven by a lifelong commitment to lifting others as she rises. Rooted in a family tradition of service, her passion for empowering the underprivileged reflects a deep belief that every individual deserves the chance to realize their full potential. Under her leadership, INSPIRING G-STYLE, INC. addresses the economic and social inequities impacting marginalized communities by providing access, opportunity, and pathways to lasting self-sufficiency and success.

Our Commitment to the Community
We are dedicated to empowering individuals through education and supportive training programs and services. We are committed to breaking down systemic barriers that keep social and environmental problems, i.e., policies, processes, power structures, beliefs, and values in place in disadvantaged communities. Our programs are designed to enrich communities, create community economic stability, provide opportunities that strengthens self-sufficiency, and enhance support systems in low-income communities.
